Alycia French is an Executive Coach and Culture Partner who works with CMOs and leadership teams to close the knowing–doing gap and lift performance at scale. Her work strengthens leadership influence, team dynamics, and cultural integrity from the inside out, so people carry change with foresight, not resistance.
Sitting at the intersection of performance science and human development, Alycia brings clarity to how leaders think, decide, communicate, and influence in complex environments. She is the founder of the Leadership Culture Index (LCI) - a developing diagnostic and business standard designed to make leadership behaviour and its cultural impact visible, measurable, and actionable.
With a background in brand and strategic advisory, Alycia has partnered with founders and executive teams to co-design leadership's vision and values, align it with commercial outcomes and implement the cultural norms required to achieve it. So she brings a vision- and values-based approach to empower leaders, repair fractured team dynamics, and embed cultures with communicative standards built for future-focused prioritisation and self-led performance optimisation.
